Requirements

  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Must be 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Accurately receive and process customer orders using company systems
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls and customer inquiries
  • Communicate professionally with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist with freight coordination, shipping, and scheduling
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies or customer concerns
  • Follow established communication procedures and company guidelines
  • Identify customer needs and provide thoughtful, effective solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
  • Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
