Requirements

2–4 years of recent call center or customer service experience required.
Previous remote work experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and basic office technology.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice To Haves

Spanish bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
