About The Position

Supreme Service Today is a trusted home service company that has been serving customers since 2005. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be the front face of our company and the first impression for our customers. This role requires close attention to detail and follow-through. The ideal candidate will be able to handle important calls in a busy business environment, schedule appointments, organize sales calls, and dispatch technicians. We value candidates who pay attention to the little details, as indicated by the special instruction to include 'Smiling Voice' in the subject line of the application.

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email, and internet at a high level of expertise
  • Strong communication skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor
  • Knowledge of Service Titan Software Platform
  • Practical experience in and understanding of the methodology behind efficient dispatching practices
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Flexible availability including weekends and some nights
