Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Stable work history with strong tenure

Nice To Haves

Previous healthcare, medical, pharmacy, insurance, or benefits experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls in a high-volume call center environment
Answer questions regarding prior authorizations, prescription benefits, and general healthcare inquiries
Accurately document customer interactions and update information across multiple systems
Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining confidentiality
Make occasional follow-up calls to provide updates or additional information
Maintain quality and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment
Manage approximately 50-100 calls per day depending on call complexity
