About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is seeking high-energy Customer Service Representatives who enjoy interacting with people, have a friendly voice, and are motivated to provide a welcoming customer experience. Representatives welcome customers by phone or in person, share the menu, and take orders. After proper training and with experience, they may also perform pre-rush preparation, cleaning, pizza making, oven tending, and expediting delivery orders. Part-time candidates work 3–4 hour shifts, 3–4 days per week, assisting during lunch and dinner rushes. Full-time positions are also available.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- High-energy, friendly, motivated, and enjoys interacting with people.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers over the phone or in person.
- Share the menu with customers and take their orders.
- Perform pre-rush preparation after proper training and time.
- Clean after proper training and time.
- Make pizzas after proper training and time.
- Tend the oven after proper training and time.
- Expedite delivery orders after proper training and time.
- Represent the locally owned Domino’s Pizza brand and provide a welcoming customer experience.
