As a Customer Service Representative on our triage team, you will be the first point of contact for all customers visiting the Tax Office. You'll apply your motor vehicle knowledge to customer circumstances and work to resolve their issues. This is an entry-level position that is designed with your development in mind. This is an entry-level job classification with a pronounced emphasis on customer service.
