About The Position

Premier Rental-Purchase is a retail and rent-to-own company offering household furnishings, including appliances, furniture, and electronics. The Customer Service Representative welcomes customers and helps them choose products, set up rentals, and get answers to their questions. During the first 90 days, the employee will learn the products, manage customer accounts, and begin building relationships with regular customers.

The position pays $17.00 per hour and follows a five-day workweek, Monday through Saturday. The store is closed on Sundays.

Requirements

• Friendly, professional communication skills.

• Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone.
• Explain products, pricing, and rental terms clearly.
• Prepare applications and agreements, and process payments accurately.
• Help customers find products that fit their needs and budget.
• Use the CRM to follow up with leads and support promotions.
