About The Position

K&K Family Ventures, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a customer service representative to serve customers and support store operations. The role includes receiving and processing orders by phone and in person, preparing products, stocking ingredients, handling inventory and paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The franchise describes opportunities to grow into management or beyond. Applicants must be at least 16 years old; candidates aged 18 and over must pass a background check. This position is with the independent franchisee, which is solely responsible for employment decisions and practices.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Candidates aged 18 and over must pass a background check.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally crouch, squat, bend, or use stairs while performing job tasks.
• Ability to maintain a clean, proper uniform per Domino’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and by phone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Maintain a clean, proper uniform in accordance with Domino’s standards.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
