About The Position

Country Visions Cooperative is seeking an organized and passionate Customer Service Representative for its Energy Division, working out of the Brillion, WI location. This role serves as the first point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about the cooperative's products and services via phone, email, Connect, and in person. The ideal candidate has a passion for serving others and a desire to go above and beyond to assist members.

Requirements

  • Prior phone-call customer service experience
  • Strong phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Accurate, confident and dependable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly, energetic and strong people skills
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Microsoft suite experience
  • Must successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions and provide information about products, services, and policies.
  • Address complaints, resolve technical issues, and find solutions to customer problems.
  • Take orders, calculate charges, process payments, and reconcile daily driver tickets.
  • Document customer interactions in Energy Force and Connect.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Work with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and positive personnel experiences.
  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate personnel or management.
  • Reconcile Driver Trip Reports Daily.
  • Propane & Petroleum Forecasting & k-Factor deviations.
  • Scan work orders into Energy Image Daily.
  • Clear Reconcile Banks.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Energy Administration Manager.
