About The Position

AO | Globe Life is expanding its virtual organization and seeking motivated, people-focused professionals to join us as Remote Customer Service Representatives with the opportunity to develop toward leadership and management responsibilities. You'll begin by learning our client-service and benefits process, working directly with individuals and families through virtual appointments. As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, consistency, and leadership ability, you may have opportunities to move into training, mentorship, team development, recruiting, leadership, and management. No previous insurance or management experience is required. We provide structured training, licensing guidance, one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing leadership development.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be physically located within the United States
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
  • Maintain reliable high-speed internet
  • Have webcam and microphone capability
  • Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace
  • Be comfortable conducting business through Zoom and phone
  • Be comfortable learning web-based systems
  • Be willing to participate in required training
  • Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, Member Services, Sales, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Banking, Financial Services, Call Centers, Administrative Support, Recruiting, Account Management, Military Service, Training, Team Leadership, or Management may be valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
