About The Position

AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join their team as Virtual Member Support Specialists. In this role, you'll connect with clients virtually, provide knowledgeable support, answer questions, and help working families better understand their available benefits. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support throughout the enrollment process
• Assist clients with applications and required documentation
• Build strong relationships through professionalism and effective communication
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
• Resolve concerns promptly while delivering outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
