As an Insurance Representative, you'll work directly with clients through virtual Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available benefits and select coverage that best meets their needs. You'll build lasting client relationships while delivering outstanding service in a fully remote environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build meaningful client relationships
- Basic computer proficiency, including Google Workspace or similar applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be physically located within the United States
- Computer or laptop
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Webcam and microphone capability
- Quiet, professional workspace
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone consultations
- Present insurance and benefit solutions tailored to each client's needs
- Explain policy features, coverage options, and available benefits
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
- Assist with policy reviews, updates, and ongoing service requests
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust and exceptional service
- Respond promptly to client questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication
- Uphold company policies and industry compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship
- Develop communication, leadership, and client service skills
- Collaborate with a supportive remote team
