Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability in fast-paced and changing environments
  • Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting customers with warmth and professionalism
  • Handling payment transactions using our proprietary software
  • Tracking aircraft fueling, payments, and maintaining cash drawer accuracy
  • Answering and transferring phone calls with courtesy and efficiency
  • Coordinating travel services such as hotels, car rentals, and catering orders
  • Communicating effectively with Aircraft Fuelers and Supervisors about customer needs and aircraft movements
  • Provide solutions to customer questions and service needs
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby area
  • Supporting additional duties as needed to ensure smooth operations
