About The Position

Join Right Way Garage Doors as a Customer Service Representative in Vacaville, CA. This is a full-time, hourly position with an annual pay range of $35,000–$45,000. The role involves supporting customers via phone, email, and chat, creating exceptional service experiences. Initially, the CSR will work in-office Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, for a 60-90 day onboarding and training period. After successful training, the role transitions to a schedule that includes weekend remote work (Saturday/Sunday) while weekdays remain in-office. Requirements

1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry experience is a plus)
Weekend availability (once onboarding and training is complete)
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure
Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we’ll train the right person!)
A team player who is excited about growth and contributing to success
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
