About The Position
RJ Schinner, a family-owned business with over 70 years of experience, is seeking a Customer Service Representative I. This full-time position, based in Menomonee Falls, WI, is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing product and delivery inquiries, processing orders, preparing correspondence, tracking orders, and resolving delivery issues. The role involves building trust through communication, meeting quotas, handling complaints, managing customer pricing records, and collaborating with warehouse managers and other customer service representatives. The company is a growing distributor of paper goods, foodservice packaging, and cleaning supplies, with a strong emphasis on its people and fostering a team environment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of effective customer support experience

Nice To Haves
- Customer support experience in a wholesale redistribution environment
- Familiarity with Eclipse (AS400)/Solar (Window based) system
Responsibilities
- Ensures customer satisfaction by answering product and delivery questions and suggesting information about other products.
- Processes orders, prepares correspondence, tracks customer orders, and works to resolve any delivery issues.
- Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Meets call handling and order entry quotas.
- Handles complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Keeps records and tracks the pricing for customers.
- Communicates with Warehouse Managers on late, large and/or add on of orders.
- Works closely with other Customer Service Reps to encourage a teamwork environment.
- Expedites Reports (back orders/open orders).
