About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who knows how to turn every incoming call into a great customer experience-and a booked appointment or sale. This is not just an "answer the phone" position. We need someone who can connect with callers, understand their needs, confidently explain our services, overcome objections, and convert opportunities into business.

Requirements

• Previous call-taking or call-center experience is required
• Proven customer service or phone-sales experience
• A genuine passion for talking with and helping customers
• A confident, friendly, and engaging phone presence
• Strong listening, communication, and sales skills
• The ability to guide conversations and ask for the business
• Dependability, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Build trust and rapport with customers from the first "hello"
• Identify each caller's needs and recommend the right solution
• Convert incoming calls into appointments, bookings, or sales

• Accurately enter customer information into our system
• Follow up with potential customers when needed
