About The Position

The Customer Service Representative provides friendly, positive service while taking and processing orders, addressing customer concerns, handling cash, and helping prepare Domino’s products. The role includes making pizzas, controlling food portions, following hygiene and food-safety practices, preparing food, and performing general cleaning duties. Team members receive in-store training and support from a manager or teammate. The position may be part-time or full-time, and the posting describes opportunities to advance into management and franchise ownership.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand use.
Ability to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment and stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage and work areas.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily, and perform general cleaning duties.
Perform outside tasks such as removing trash.
Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders.
