About The Position
Prepares food and beverage orders received by telephone or in person, using a computer. Edits orders for price and nomenclature, informs customers of unit prices, delivery lines, anticipated delays, and other needed information, and enters data to determine the total cost. Suggests menu items and substitutions when items are unavailable, answers questions about food or service, and may collect payment. Also stacks pizza boxes, prepares labels for easy access, and helps keep the store environment clean and friendly. The position is considered unskilled, has no specific educational requirements, and includes on-the-job training. Experience is preferred. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and available to work Friday through Sunday.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must have verbal communication skills for interacting with customers, other employees, and management.
- Must be available to work weekends, Friday through Sunday.
