About The Position

Universal Collision Center is seeking an organized, outgoing, and customer-focused Body Shop Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for their collision center. This role is ideal for someone who loves helping people, staying organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The representative will play a key role in creating a positive, stress-free experience for customers.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer service or office experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A natural ability to build trust and connect with people
  • A self-starter mindset — you stay calm and organized in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
  • Problem-solving skills and a desire to improve processes
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive or collision centre experience is a bonus, not a must

Responsibilities

  • Greeting body shop customers warmly, in person and over the phone
  • Managing customer drop-offs and pick-ups with accuracy and care
  • Scheduling body shop and detail appointments
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the right team members
  • Keeping digital and paper files organized and up to date
  • Providing customers with regular repair updates and coordinating vehicle pick-ups
  • Assisting with customer concerns and helping resolve issues professionally
  • Processing customer payments
  • Supporting Collision Repair Advisors with daily tasks
  • Pitching in with other administrative tasks as needed
