About The Position

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment supporting healthcare-related services. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2–3 years)
  • Strong job stability (no frequent job changes)
  • Ability to type 30+ WPM
  • Solid computer skills and ability to multitask across systems
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and occasional follow-up calls
  • Answer questions related to prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Accurately document and enter information into multiple systems
  • Navigate and utilize various tools and programs to track and update customer interactions
  • Manage a high call volume (50–100 calls per day, depending on complexity)
  • Maintain performance metrics focused on quality and accuracy
