About The Position

This role is responsible for processing incoming orders, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding job order status, and coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues. The position also involves preparing customs paperwork for international shipments, tracking customer in-house orders, preparing inventories, and performing other duties as assigned within a busy customer service department.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Process and input incoming orders.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from customers looking for job order status.
  • Coordinate with other Valence departments as necessary to answer and resolve customer inquiries and problems.
  • Prepare Customs paperwork for international shipments.
  • Track customer in house orders.
  • Prepare inventories as required.
  • Perform any required duties related to a busy customer service department.
  • Other duties as assigned.
