This role involves driving results for clients using digital contract review management tools and emerging AI, providing premium insurance contract review services, and performing detailed reviews of key risk allocation provisions like indemnification, additional insured, waiver of subrogation, primary and non-contributory, and limitation of liability. The specialist will analyze insurance requirements in commercial agreements, assess alignment with clients’ insurance programs, and offer strategic recommendations to strengthen contractual protections and minimize uninsured exposure. They will interpret complex contractual insurance language, partner with internal consultants and client service teams, develop technical deliverables, and support digital infrastructure and emerging risk projects. The role demands high-quality, timely, and defensible work product reflecting senior-level technical authority and adherence to company policies for timekeeping, expense reporting, and billing.
