About The Position

This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA. The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Requirements

  • Proficient data entry and computer literacy
  • Positive demeanor and strong communication skills
  • At least 1 year of recent call center experience
  • Strong attendance record
  • Reliable transportation or ability to commute via bus route
  • High School Diploma or GED (proof required for onboarding)

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding account information and services
  • Assist potential customers with applications and process payments via phone
  • Document customer concerns, update account details, and perform data entry
  • Handle account maintenance including changes, adjustments, and statement requests
  • Explain terms, conditions, and policies clearly to customers
  • Prepare daily activity and cash-out reports
  • Proactively address customer requests with professionalism
