About The Position

Automated Health Systems has Customer Service Representative positions available. These positions are remote. The shift for this position is Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM with a start date of June 29th, 2026.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ Customer Service experience required.
  • Strong PC proficiency required.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills a plus.
  • Experience in health/Insurance/human services and knowledge of Medicaid is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting individuals with information and support regarding healthcare benefits.
  • Providing accurate and consistent information.
  • Providing quality customer service and support.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, average handle time, customer satisfaction, and attendance goals.
  • Resolve customer complaints and complex issues.
  • Provide empathetic customer service during stressful situations.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities by managing high call volumes while accurately documenting customer information, and efficiently navigating multiple computer systems, CRM software, and data entry platforms during customer interactions.
