About The Position

The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial
  • A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based application)
  • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
  • The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week.
  • The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position.
  • Work is generally sedentary in nature.
  • Only applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered for this position.
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
