This is a full-time, on-site CSR role serving as the front line for our Residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments. You’ll be responsible for managing incoming service requests, coordinating schedules, and ensuring customers are taken care of quickly, clearly, and professionally. This role requires someone who can think fast, stay organized, and take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish.
