Our Residential Division is growing, and we’re looking for a professional, Customer Service Representative who can handle high call volume, support field operations, and deliver a consistently high-level customer experience. Position Overview This is a full-time, on-site CSR role serving as the front line for our Residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments. You’ll be responsible for managing incoming service requests, coordinating schedules, and ensuring customers are taken care of quickly, clearly, and professionally. This role requires someone who can think fast, stay organized, and take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Must be capable of working in commercial renovation and occupied facility environments.
  • Must possess the ability to manage documentation discipline independently, ensuring the role remains technical and operational rather than purely clerical.
  • High level capabilities in the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail,/Spaces/Chat), project management and financial tracking software, and proficiency with construction drawings and specifications.
  • Clean background check, drug-free, and a clean or near-clean driving record
  • Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. and working on ladders or scaffolding
  • Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, and enforcing safety standards across all project phases

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming service calls from residential customers
  • Make outbound calls for scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Schedule and dispatch service calls based on urgency, geography, and technician availability
  • Accurately enter and manage customer data in dispatching software
  • Communicate with field technicians to coordinate daily schedules and job updates
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and empathy
  • Support administrative functions including service plans, warranties, and basic billing inquiries
