Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience within a professional services or financial services environment is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, handling communications via telephone, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding our tax, audit, and advisory services.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain and update client records with a high degree of accuracy in our CRM system.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to client account management and support.
  • Uphold the firm's commitment to confidentiality and professional standards in all interactions.
  • Gather client feedback to help us continuously improve our service delivery.
