About The Position

SolvOne is seeking a dedicated individual to join our expanding Remote Customer Service Representative Dispatch Team. We provide continuous 24/7/365 service to clients in the Petroleum Industry. When a gas station requires maintenance, our CSRs are the first point of contact, dispatching technicians to resolve the issues. Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience.
  • A strong internet connection.
  • Ability to set up a home office with company-provided equipment.
  • Must be a resident of Kenosha in the Wisconsin area.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for helping others.
  • Dependability and commitment to punctuality.
  • Ability to dedicate full attention to work without providing care for others during work hours.
  • Proficiency in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch technicians to gas station maintenance locations.
  • Provide 24/7/365 service to clients in the Petroleum Industry.
  • Support customers through phone and computer interactions.
  • Learn new information, policies, and skills, including software and petroleum industry knowledge.
  • Maintain an organized and accurate approach to tasks.
  • Utilize a phone and computer effectively for the entire shift.
  • Attend and pass computer skills assessment, training evaluations, and trial service period.
