The successful candidate should have previous experience in customer service, developing client relationships and have excellent follow-up. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with the Audi Service Drive Manager and the rest of the Audi Service Drive team. Any job offer will be conditioned on passing a drug test for the following substances: Benzodiazepines, Barbiturates, Methadone, Propoxyphene, Cocaine, Heroin, Codeine, Morphine, Amphetamines, PCP. We do not test for marijuana or THC.

Requirements

  • Six months of experience in a customer-service related field is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic math and cash handling skills are required.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and client management skills preferred.
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with inquiries, both over the phone and in person.
  • Assist clients with appointment scheduling.
  • Collects payment from clients using a variety of payment methods.
  • Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Supports internal staff to ensure repair orders are properly closed out.
  • Account for all business and close out deposits.
  • Expected to adhere to the service process and cashiering guide.
  • Maintains a friendly and welcoming demeanor with all clients.
  • Utilizes excellent judgement on when and who to refer clients to for more information.
  • Expected to complete and maintain factory certification and factory trainings as directed and in the timeframe established by their direct supervisor.
