Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience (call center or financial services experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, reliable, and member-focused approach
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service that promotes deep and lasting member relationships
  • Answer general inquiries and perform account maintenance via phone and email
  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance and quality metrics
  • Research and resolve member concerns efficiently with guidance from leadership
  • Take ownership of issues, set clear expectations, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
  • Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products, services, and promotions that add value for members
  • Maintain working knowledge of policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives
