About The Position

Quality Roofing is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is a problem-solver and genuinely cares about getting things right. This role is the face of the company and the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with their homes. The representative will handle customer inquiries, manage the customer experience from start to finish, maintain the CRM system, schedule appointments, and conduct post-project quality checks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two (2) years of related customer service experience
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively organize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities concurrently, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail: A mindset that values precision, accuracy, and compliance in all tasks and communications.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with both customers and internal staff. Active listening skills are essential for understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using computer systems and software, with an aptitude for quickly learning and adapting to new software platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Answering calls from homeowners with questions, concerns, or to schedule roofing projects.
  • Managing the customer experience from initial contact through project completion, including follow-ups.
  • Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of the CRM system.
  • Coordinating appointments, considering customer availability and setting realistic expectations.
  • Following up after projects to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
