Key duties include greeting visitors, managing appointments, handling client inquiries, processing payments, recommending products and services, and maintaining medical records. The role requires excellent communication skills, compassion for animals and people, strong decision-making abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is also necessary. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and exposure to hazards associated with pets.
