About The Position
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a one-year temporary position in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position assists customers with blueprint submittals for building projects and requires strong customer service and data entry skills.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Accurate and detail-oriented data entry skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Background check required
Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the counter with submitting blueprints for building projects
- Review and record information from submitted blueprints
- Enter blueprint and project information accurately into a database
- Provide friendly and professional customer service in a busy environment
