About The Position

Flow Honda Paint & Body Shop is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. We provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time. We prefer to promote from within our company and will help you reach your potential. We will train anyone new to the industry, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, and other technical training, as needed. Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and obtains customers authorization
  • Assisting with vehicle check-in
  • Knowledge of collision repair
  • Scheduling customers for estimates
  • Answering the telephone, taking messages as needed
  • Communicating daily with estimators to ensure they have returned customers calls in a timely manner
  • Other duties as needed
