About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team. This role is ideal for someone with prior office experience who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and supporting a busy service environment. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a professional and positive experience. This is a part-time position (4 days per week) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role after 90 days.

Requirements

• Previous office or customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with technology, tablets, and scheduling software.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule service appointments as needed.
• Respond to customer questions and business inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Ensure accurate data entry into company systems.
• Assist with basic office tasks and support the operations team.
• Maintain a responsive and customer-focused attitude at all times.
