About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to process orders and support store operations. The role involves communicating with customers and coworkers, preparing products, operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may offer opportunities for advancement, including into management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Eye-hand coordination and the ability to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the listed physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand use.
• Ability to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone to process orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and stock supplies.
• Perform other store-team-member tasks, including removing trash and completing outside tasks as needed.
