About The Position

The Customer Service Representative / Pizza Maker serves customers by telephone, electronically, and face to face; handles inquiries and complaints; takes and processes orders; and prepares food products. The role also includes cleaning, sweeping, and helping maintain a clean store front. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. Starting pay is $15 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Clear and upbeat speaking voice when communicating with customers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
