Swift Transportation is seeking an on-site Customer Service Representative to coordinate and implement systems to maximize asset utilization within an assigned customer's environment. This role involves effective communication with customer personnel, maintaining customer information, resolving issues with internal departments, and acting as an extension of the Sales team to explore business revenue opportunities. The representative will also communicate with Swift planning centers to ensure customer commitments are met and generate reports on service, OS&D, and accessorial charges.
