About The Position

IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - IMMEDIATE HIRE. OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST RECYCLING/WASTE ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREA. FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH ADVANCEMENT. MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-5PM. CLIFTON PARK, NY (ON SITE ONLY). $20/HR. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clifton Park, NY.

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting
• Experience managing inbound phone calls
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and process requests for new service, service changes, or service discontinuation.
• Accept and process customer payments.
• Research and resolve billing inquiries; update customer account information as needed.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to determine service requirements and resolve issues or complaints.
• Provide cost‑effective, safe, and environmentally responsible solutions to customer service challenges.
