U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the face of U-Haul, providing exceptional service and ensuring customers receive the assistance they need for their journeys. This includes inspecting and maintaining equipment, using technology to dispatch and return equipment, and working as part of a supportive team. The position offers on-the-job education, with the possibility to start and get paid quickly. Two hands-on working interviews are scheduled, and you get paid for each. A $100 hiring bonus is offered, along with a $300 cash bonus upon completion of the U-Haul Equipment Inspection and Verification through the 1-2-3 Punch Certification Program at retail stores.
