About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino's Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. In this entry-level role, team members work in the kitchen, take phone and counter orders, serve customers, and clean equipment and the facility. Employees are taught Domino's pizza-making techniques and work with a team to provide good customer service. The position may suit students or people seeking a second job or extra hours.

Requirements

• Be fun, friendly, and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products in accordance with Domino's Pizza guidelines.
• Keep the work environment clean and organized from the customer's viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
