About The Position

Resilient Enterprises is a community outreach and event marketing firm that partners with nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations to increase awareness, generate community support, and create meaningful impact through face-to-face outreach campaigns and live events. We are currently hiring for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative position. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to gain experience in customer service, community outreach, event marketing, communications, and leadership development. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for community members at outreach events and promotional campaigns
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service while representing nonprofit organizations

  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and community engagement activities
