Customer Service Representative

Now hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Boise, ID! This role involves selling kegs and other products to the public and assigned accounts, loading purchased products into customer vehicles safely, and answering phone and email inquiries. You will also provide operations support by receiving, reviewing, and inputting requests for samples and credits. Attention to detail and exceptional communication are important and required. You must comply with state and local laws as well as HBC policy. This role also includes moving and preparing products for pickup, managing inventory, and handling cash. You must follow all state and local law requirements for the sale of alcoholic beverages and be 19 years or older. Perform all duties in a safe manner as defined in the HBC safety policy and fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner. Operate different kinds of forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move inventory throughout the warehouse (certification required). Maintain a clean and organized work environment. This is a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and exceptional communication is important and required.

- Must be 19 years or older.
- Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
- Certification is required for operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks.

Responsibilities
- Sell kegs and other products to the public and assigned accounts paying attention to focused special items and seasonal offerings.
- Load product that has been purchased into customer vehicles safely.
- Answer phone and email inquiries on general Hayden Beverage topics and products.
- Receive, review and input requests for supplier, brand team and sales team requests for samples and credits.
- Move and prepare products for pickup.
- Follow all state and local law requirements for sale of alcoholic beverages.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner as defined in the HBC safety policy.
- Operate different kinds of forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment including daily and weekly assigned tasks and duties.
- Manage inventory to ensure product standards are met and inventory controls are followed.
- Balance the cash till nightly.
