About The Position

SolvOne is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing Remote Customer Service Representative Dispatch Team. We provide 24/7/365 service to clients in the Petroleum Industry. When a gas station experiences a maintenance issue, they contact SolvOne, and our CSRs dispatch a technician to resolve the problem. This role offers the opportunity to work from home, saving commute time and costs. SolvOne provides equipment and comprehensive training. Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience.
  • Strong internet connection and ability to set up a home office.
  • Must be a resident of Tennessee in the Nashville area.
  • Positive attitude, great work ethic, and passion for helping others.
  • Dependable and committed to being on time and ready to work.
  • Ability to learn new information, policies, and skills including software and petroleum industry knowledge.
  • Organized and accurate approach, strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet navigation.
  • Ability to work at a desk and effectively utilize a phone and computer for the length of the shift.
  • Successfully pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, and the trial service period.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch technicians to client locations to fix maintenance issues.
  • Provide customer support through phone and computer interactions.
  • Learn new information, policies, and skills, including software and petroleum industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrate an organized and accurate approach to tasks.
  • Utilize a phone and computer effectively for the duration of the shift.
  • Provide full attention to work without caring for others during work hours.
