Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
  • Order management, coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and care givers.
  • Assist in completion of work orders, which may involve verification of necessary client information, equipment detail entry, and verification of eligibility for funding.
  • Perform a variety of data entry and clerical support tasks.
  • Assist with physical inventory.
  • Accept delivery of goods when necessary.
