About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. Representatives work throughout the store, inside and outside, helping maintain its appearance and complete daily tasks as part of an energetic team. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The position is full-time, with evening availability and weekday and weekend availability required.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, using eye-hand coordination; climbing a ladder may be required to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
