Our Operations team in Montreal is expanding and we are looking for passionate talents to join our adventure! Requirements

  • High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Intermediate English language proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the shopping centre’s services, amenities, facilities, stores, promotional activities, and customer comfort tools
  • Welcome visitors to the shopping centre and provide information, directions, and assistance while delivering a customer experience characterized by attentiveness, courtesy, and helpfulness
  • Respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers, providing accurate and relevant information and directing them to the appropriate contacts when necessary
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams (security, housekeeping, etc.)
  • Perform daily customer service desk duties while adhering to established policies and procedures
  • Be responsible for gift card sales, cash balancing, and sales reconciliation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned
