Customer Service Representative - Onsite
About The Position
ResultsCX is seeking skilled problem-solvers and trusted resources for our customers to join our team as Onsite Customer Service Representatives. Working from our office located at 900 Commerce Dr #310, OAK BROOK IL 60523, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account updates, billing questions, service inquiries, new account setups and more. This position goes beyond the script, giving you a key role in helping our communities. ResultsCX is a premier customer experience partner to Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
- Open availability 7 days a week
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work daily
- Live within commuting distance of the physical location 900 Commerce Dr #310, OAK BROOK IL 60523
