About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced store environment, providing customers with fast, friendly service and helping maintain high standards for store appearance. You will work in different areas of the store, both inside and outside, alongside a fun, energetic team. The position offers varied tasks and opportunities for career growth. Regular, predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Good communication skills and a friendly manner.

• Ability to develop ideas to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; this may require eye-hand coordination and climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the register, and handle cashiering.
• Make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with the store's food program.
• Work in various areas inside and outside the store to maintain its appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service.
• Interact with customers and work with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
